Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website www.connect2excel.org, its sub-sites, and the educational programs, courses and learning platform provided by Connect2Excel International School (UEN – 202313831M), a Grade 6 – 12 online school based in Singapore.
By using our website, enrolling a student, or accessing any part of our learning platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or our services.
In these Terms, "the School", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Connect2Excel International School; "you" refers to the parent, legal guardian or adult user accepting these Terms; and "student" or "learner" refers to the child enrolled in a program.
01ELIGIBILITY AND PARENTAL CONSENT
Our programs are offered to students of Middle School (Grade 6 – 8) and High School (Grade 9 – 12) age. Where a student is below the age of majority in their country of residence, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on the student’s behalf and remains responsible for the student’s use of our website and learning platform.
In line with our Privacy Policy, the School does not knowingly seek information from children below 13 years of age without prior parental consent or notification. If you believe information has been provided without the required consent, please contact us at legal@connect2excel.org.
02ENROLLMENT AND ADMISSION
Enrollment follows the process published on our website: a free school tour with a certified Academic Counselor, an expression of interest, submission of previous transcripts and certificates from former schools, verification of those documents by our Administration Department, approval, and completion of the enrollment paperwork.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents you submit are accurate, complete and genuine, and that transcripts and certificates are officially stamped and sealed by the issuing school authorities. The School may decline an application, or withdraw an offer of admission, where documents cannot be verified or where information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
Grade placement is determined by the School on the basis of the documents submitted and its own assessment. Admission is confirmed only once the enrollment formalities are complete.
03FEES AND PAYMENT
Program fees are published on our Fee Structure page and are quoted per level. Fees cover the inclusions listed on that page, which include group live sessions at fixed timings, sessions of 60 minutes, parent and student counseling sessions, and an academic year of 42 – 45 weeks.
Fees must be paid in the amounts and by the dates set out in the fee schedule provided to you at the time of enrollment. Access to live sessions, assessments and the learning platform may be suspended where fees remain unpaid.
Fees are subject to revision at the School’s discretion for future academic years. Any refund, deferment or withdrawal request is handled in accordance with the fee schedule and admissions terms provided to you at the time of enrollment. Bank charges, payment gateway fees and taxes, where applicable, are payable by you.
04ACCESS TO THE LEARNING PLATFORM
On enrollment, the student is given access to our Learning Management System and virtual classroom environment. Login credentials are issued for the sole use of the enrolled student and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person.
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under the student’s account. Please notify us immediately at support@connect2excel.org if you believe an account has been accessed without authorisation.
You are responsible for providing the internet connection, device and software required to attend live sessions and complete coursework. The School is not responsible for a student’s inability to attend a session or meet a deadline because of local connectivity or equipment problems.
05ATTENDANCE, SUBMISSIONS AND ASSESSMENTS
Live sessions run to fixed timings, and dates for submissions and assessments, the start of enrollment and the holiday schedule are fixed and published to enrolled families. Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions, complete collaborative assignments, and submit work by the published dates.
Assessments are conducted online through our Learning Management System. Academic progress, promotion and the issue of reports or transcripts are subject to the student meeting the School’s attendance, submission and assessment requirements.
06STUDENT CONDUCT AND ACADEMIC INTEGRITY
Students and parents are expected to treat teachers, staff and other learners with respect in all live sessions, discussion threads, message boards and written communication. Abusive, discriminatory, threatening or disruptive behaviour is not acceptable.
All work submitted must be the student’s own. Plagiarism, unauthorised collaboration, misrepresentation of authorship, impersonation during a session or assessment, and the use of prohibited aids are treated as breaches of academic integrity and may result in work being disregarded, assessments being repeated, or disciplinary action up to withdrawal from the program.
Anything a student posts to a discussion thread, message board or live session may be seen by other participants in that session. As set out in our Privacy Policy, such postings are made at the user’s own risk.
07INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website and within our courses — including text, lesson materials, worksheets, assessments, recordings, images, video, logos and the Connect2Excel name and marks — is owned by Connect2Excel International School or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, record, republish, sell, distribute, upload to any third-party service, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission.
Where the School records a live session for academic or quality purposes, such recordings remain the property of the School and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Students and parents may not record, photograph or share live sessions without prior written consent.
08ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE WEBSITE
You agree not to use this website or our platform to: transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene or harmful material; impersonate any person; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or network; introduce viruses or malicious code; scrape or harvest data; or interfere with the operation or security of our services.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take any action we consider appropriate, including restricting access and reporting the matter to the relevant authorities.
09THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the website, the learning platform or a program where these Terms are breached, where fees remain unpaid, where a student’s conduct is seriously or persistently unacceptable, or where required by law.
As stated in our Privacy Policy, a request to exclude a student’s information from being used by the School may mean that the student’s registration and participation in the program cannot continue.
You may withdraw a student from a program by giving written notice to the School, in accordance with the admissions and fee terms provided to you at the time of enrollment.
