Fee Refund Policy
At Connect2Excel, do everything possible to assure your satisfaction with our schooling system. As a Private School in Singapore, we can design our own refund policies. However, we have a flexible fee refund policy for International Schooling students as per section 33 under the ‘Private Education Act, 2009’ (Ministry of Education, Singapore).
01APPLICABLE REFUND SCENARIOS
Our fee refund policy is applicable in the following scenarios:
• The course does not start on the committed day/date.
• The selected course is no more available at our platform.
• Issue with the renewal of school’s registration.

02REFUND SCHEDULE TABLE
Refund calculations are structured as follows depending on when the student's written notice of withdrawal is received relative to the Course Commencement Date:
