Registration Fee Policy
The Registration Fee is a one-time administrative fee charged to secure a student's place at Connect2Excel International School (C2E). This fee covers the costs associated with student registration, academic record creation, system setup, onboarding, and administrative processing.
01MIDDLE SCHOOL — REGISTRATION FEE (GRADES 6–8)
Registration fee for students applying to Middle School, Grades 6 – 8:

02MIDDLE SCHOOL — VALIDITY (GRADES 6–8)
The Registration Fee is valid for three (3) consecutive academic years from the student's initial enrollment date.
Students who continue their education with C2E within this three-year period will not be required to pay the Registration Fee again.
03HIGH SCHOOL — REGISTRATION FEE (GRADES 9–12)
Registration fee for students applying to High School, Grades 9 – 12:

04HIGH SCHOOL — VALIDITY (GRADES 9–12)
The Registration Fee is valid for four (4) consecutive academic years from the student's initial enrollment date.
Students who continue their education with C2E within this four-year period will not be required to pay the Registration Fee again.
05TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Registration Fee is a one-time fee applicable at the time of initial enrollment.
2. The Registration Fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: withdrawal by the student or parent; cancellation of admission; failure to commence classes; or suspension or termination of enrollment.
3. The Registration Fee is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another student, a sibling or family member, or any other individual or institution.
4. The Registration Fee is non-adjustable and cannot be offset against tuition fees, applied toward any other school fees, or converted into credit for future academic years or services.
5. If a student discontinues their studies and seeks re-enrollment after the applicable validity period (three years for Grades 6 – 8, four years for Grades 9 – 12), a new Registration Fee will apply based on the prevailing fee structure.
6. Payment of the Registration Fee does not, by itself, guarantee admission. Admission is confirmed only after submission of all required documents, successful completion of the admission process, approval by the School, and payment of all applicable fees.
7. The School reserves the right to amend the Registration Fee and this policy for future admissions without prior notice. Any changes will not affect students who have already paid the Registration Fee within its validity period.

By paying the Registration Fee, the Parent/Guardian and Student acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Registration Fee Policy and accept all its terms and conditions.
